You are authorising ASIC to provide correspondence and details relating to your company, to your agent or their nominee. This includes invoice statements, annual review documentation, your company’s corporate key and other correspondence. 

1. Purpose and Scope
The scope of our work includes compilation, preparation and lodgement of your business GST and tax returns. We will analyse, discuss and make recommendations regarding your tax return, prepare and electronically lodge your tax return. By signing this contract you are also giving us the authority to lodge the tax documents on behalf to the ATO.
2. Financial
A. Fees: The standard professional fees are (subject to notification of change): A set fee of $60 for a simple wage return. A set fee of $75 on top of the above fee per rental property. ABN income returns will be a quoted fee. Conditions to apply in order to receive the cheaper rates. A single $60 tax return is allowed one half an hour appointments. Any additional time needed will be charged accordingly. All fees are to be paid prior to the lodgement of the income tax return. Should there be a need to send your fee for debt recovery, any additional collection costs will be charged to you and will be collectable above my invoiced fee.
B. Refund: Upon submission of your tax information, ATO, under most circumstances will not issue a refund of the fees.
C. Holding client’s money: Any money or refund held on behalf of clients would be released after deduction of $30 administrative charges; clients must specify their correct account details before giving any instruction, every attempt would further cost to clients with the same charges in case of client provide wrong information.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 The client is responsible for the reliability, accuracy and completeness of the information that is being provided to us within a timely manner or as requested. Any advice given to the client is only an option based on our knowledge of the Client’s particular circumstance. If any subsequent event results in the information you provided to us being inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, then you are obliged to advise us as soon as possible.
3.2 ATG will ensure that all services are provided in accordance with agreed timeframe and to a professional standard.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 In conducting this engagement, information acquired by us during the engagement is subject to strict confidentiality requirements. That information will not be disclosed by us to other parties except as required or allowed for by law, ATG Patners or with your express consent.
5. Additional Copies
It is your duty to keep your copy of your prepared return and NOA issued by the ATO. Should you require additional copies for bank loans etc. additional fees may apply. To complete your tax return please must check the following information is correct please let us know if anything missing:
6. Income:
6.1 If I am an Australian tax resident, you have advised me that I must declare income from all sources, in and out of Australia, including net capital gains received, for the year of income in my tax return.
6.2 Expenses:
You have advised me that to claim a work related or other expense deduction I must demonstrate that I have incurred the expense for income producing purposes. In addition, you have advised me of the substantiation legislation that I must satisfy in relation to all deductible expenses, including car, travel, business, education and work related expenses. You have informed me that I must OBTAIN ORIGINAL RECEIPTS and keep them for a minimum of five years from the date my return is lodged.
The receipts must contain the following details:  name of supplier and amount of expense; nature of goods/services and date of the expenses (details I am able to personally record where not adequately noted by supplier); date
of the document.
I declare that:
I have read and understood the terms of this engagement tax return that has been prepared for me;
I have disclosed and you have returned all my assessable income for the current income tax year;
I have all receipts or documentation necessary to substantiate my work related and other claims, and I will make them available if required by the Tax Office;
All income declared, claims for deductions and tax offsets/rebates included in my return are based upon my specific instructions;
You have explained what written income and expense evidence will typically be required during an audit and that penalties, interest and possible legal action may be applied if incorrect income or claims are identified by an audit.
Terms and Conditions:
I acknowledge that an invoice will be issued for your services and I agree to pay this invoice in full.
I acknowledge that further action may be taken to secure payment of overdue/outstanding accounts.
